Terms of Service
LTUpdated: 2026-06-14
These terms apply to your use of VowBoard (vowboard.eu). By using the service you agree to them.
1. The service
VowBoard gives couples a private wedding website with RSVP, a gift wishlist, photo gallery and other features depending on the chosen plan. The service is provided by VowBoard (contact: djpokis@gmail.com).
2. Pricing & payments
Plans are paid with a one-time fee — no subscription and no recurring charges. Prices are in euros and may include applicable taxes. Payments are processed securely by Stripe; we never store your card details.
3. Refunds
Because access to the digital service is granted immediately on payment, fees are generally non-refundable. This also applies if you choose to delete your event — no payment is returned, even after your event date. If a technical fault prevented the service from working, contact us within 14 days — we review each case individually and will refund where warranted.
4. Your account & sign-in
Access to management is via a unique login key or by signing in with Google. You are responsible for keeping these safe. If a key is lost, you can rotate it in settings or contact us. A single event can be co-managed by up to 5 Google accounts; all co-owners have the same management rights. You are responsible for your site’s content and for having the right to publish it.
4a. Deleting your event
You can request full deletion of your event at any time in settings. This immediately removes access and hides the public page; all data (including photos) is permanently erased after confirmation and cannot be recovered. Deletion is irreversible and non-refundable.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the service for unlawful, abusive or rights-infringing content, not to disrupt the system, and not to attempt to access other couples’ data. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.
6. Content ownership
Content you upload (text, photos, guest lists) remains yours. You grant us a limited right to store and display it solely to operate the service. You may opt to let your feedback be shown publicly — only then will it appear on the landing page.
7. Availability & liability
We aim for continuous operation but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid. We are not liable for indirect damages.
8. Data
We process personal data under our Privacy Policy and the GDPR. Data is stored in Google Cloud’s EU region.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new date.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Lithuania; disputes are resolved by the competent Lithuanian courts, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights.
